One of the perks of a shop is you can always add on and make it bigger! These customers were father and son and were wanting to add to an existing shop and share the space together. For this job we installed a walk through door, garage door, poured concrete, installed electrical, and added a block wall behind the building while setting the pad and doing the dirt work. One thing we’ve learned since being in business is no simple project is ever that simple-there are so many outside factors that can affect productivity and throw a wrench in your plan! Learning to live with the realities of construction/building can be frustrating but it’s part of the work! Sometimes you’ll have rain for a week straight and have to wait even after it’s sunny and 75 for it to dry before you can continue on the job, and if it’s too cold you-can’t pour conrete! We are at mother nature’s mercy, and she can be stubborn!
